INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL: This is one Product key that allows installing on multiple devices (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS). Only first Computer needs registration / subscription to McAfee. Please use same email address on all devices, it’s your account.

PLEASE ENSURE TO DELETE ANY SECURITY SOFTWARE INCLUDING OLD / TRIAL VERSION OF MCAFEE FROM YOUR PC BEFORE INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT. You can do this by going to CONTROL PANEL > UNINSTALL / DELETE PROGRAM / RESTART.

DOWNLOADING MCAFEE TO THE FIRST DEVICE:
(1). Go to https://www.mcafee.com/activate
(2). Input the product key exactly same as it is in CAPITALS, it is CASE SENSITIVE.
(3). Press SUBMIT button.
(4). Then Login to your McAfee account if you are already McAfee user or else, create a new account. You can download in any preferred language.
(5). Upon successful card redemption; Click DOWNLOAD to install the program.

DOWNLOADING MCAFEE TO OTHER DEVICES: To install on remaining devices; just login to your McAfee account you created and there is an option to download a license.
(1). Go to Login to McAfee Account
(2). Click My Account
(3). Enter your Username & Password.
(4). Click the Download / Install button under the Download column of your McAfee New Subscription.

Installing on a Mobile Device

  1. Open a web browser and Login to McAfee Account
  2. Click Log In.
  3. Type your email address and password, and click Log In.If you do not have a McAfee account, select New User? Register Now, follow the prompts to create your McAfee account, and then click Log In.

    If you want the website to remember your user name in the future, select Remember Me.

  4. Click My Account.
  5. Select the type of mobile device you want to protect and click Send Link.
  6. Select the mobile device platform and the product you want to install.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Select your country and type your mobile phone number or device nickname (for tablets).The link to download your software is then sent to your device using SMS or email.
  9. Follow the link sent to your device to install.Ensure you use the same phone number and email address during activation.

After your installation is complete, your McAfee product(s) can be accessed using the shield icon on the taskbar (PC), the dashboard (Mac), or the home screen on your tablet or mobile device.
