Please research the products carefully before placing an order. We take no responsibility for incorrect choice of product or for any hardware/software compatibility issues. The customer is ultimately responsible for researching the product specifications from the manufacturer and other resources and selecting the appropriate product to meet their requirements. For your convenience, we do provide manufacturer’s links for the majority of products sold in our store and you can also contact us if you require any further information before ordering the products.
If you have received your order and wish to return; please Email us here (email@example.com). This way we may track your return and process any request faster. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- We charge 10% restocking fee plus relevant postage charges for a refund.
- Return postage is paid by the buyer.
- We will only accept products that are in a "Re-saleable Condition". This means that the item is in the same condition as it was sold to you, no scratches, no marks, and everything intact.
- For products to be in a "Re-saleable Condition" they must be returned to us with all items included in the original sale including Manuals, Cables, CDs, and any free Software Items.
- The Original Product Packaging must also be returned in good condition.
- Return Address will be confirmed to you at the time of issue of RMA number.
- Submitting multiple RMA requests will delay your request.
- Due to the nature of the software business and very strict manufacturer's return policies, we rarely take back opened/used/activated software unless on exceptional circumstances and on approval from the manufacturer or its authorized representative.
- We can exchange or refund software after receipt of your written confirmation stating you have not installed, registered or activated the software.
- We also verify with the manufacturer or authorized distributor that the software license has not been used so please allow two business days.
- Your RMA request can only be approved if submitted within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
- RMA numbers are valid 7 days from issued date; please dispatch your item back promptly in its Original & Un-used condition.
- Please allow 3 days to process your return.
